Gravatar 11.02.2021 Zin på riktigt, det är en sak som är säker när Seghesio styr vinmakeriet. De gamla stockarna bjuder bra tanniner, härlig hallonfrukt, skogsbär, en gnutta peppar, lite kryddnejlika. Match made in heaven till shortribs och brisket.

Seghesios urgamla knotiga zin-stockar kommer älska de söta kryddorna, den sötsyrliga rödkålen, de saftiga revbenen och mormors trillade köttbullar. Hur smakar vinet då? Mycket och koncentrerat av vilda hallon, fikon, söta kryddor och viol.
