The wines are graded by taste, bouquet (smell) aftertaste and composition,
to make it simple for all of us we give our vote in die-rolls.
6 for the best and 1 for the worst (in our opinion).
 


You can compare the dices with the 100 scale in the following way:
 
50 - 70 = 1
70 - 75 = 2
75 - 80 = 3
80 - 85 = 4
85 - 90 = 5
90 - 100 = 6
 
6 is from 90 to 100 because we seldom get the opportunity to taste wines above 95.
