Gravatar 19.12.2023 Zinfandel med trogna vännerna petite sirah, carignan och alicante bouschet visar tydligt vad gamla vinstockar kan prestera. Stilig zinfandel med struktur, massvis med tät frukt och ryggrad av pepparkorn och blåbärsris. Detta och mjukbakade revbenspjäll med ugnsrostad brysselkål blir ett välkommet avbrott från julkorven.
