Fast bærpreget avslutning. Anbefalt serveringstemperatur 15 til 17 grader. Smaker utsøkt nå, men kan fint lagres i ti år til. Ofte passer disse vinene svært godt til sesongens vilt, prøv til ytrefilet av reinsdyr eller rådyrsteik.
