	04.03.2022	De Buris är vinhuset Tommasis prestigevin och får mycket kärlek i allt från frukten i vingården till elegant vinmakning. Man kan likna en toppamarone med en Vintage Port. Aromerna är så intensiva och alkoholhalten hög så det är svårt att bara bälga i sig en flaska. Alkoholhalten är faktiskt så hög som 16 procent men det känns inte då de övriga komponenterna är så framträdande som fruktaromer och syran vilket ger vinet balans. Färgen är tät och mörk, det syns redan på färgen att vinet är intensivt smakfyllt. Avslutet är förvånansvärt balanserat och harmoniskt. Jag gillar detta vin skarpt. Ett ikoniskt vin för framtiden med en eftersmak så lång som ett amerikanskt godståg på Prärien. www.dinvinguide.se
