Gravatar 21.02.2022 Varje gång detta vin provas slår det mig att namnet är så klockrent. Syrah har huvudrollen, men delar plats med garrigue – ordet för vildvuxna örter. Tillsammans skapar de tät och djupgående frukt, enorm lagringspotential och värmande toner av anis, lakritsrot, mynta, peppar och lagerblad.

Gravatar 25.02.2022 Biodynamisk och stilig syrah fullproppad med vildvuxna örter, mörka skogsbär och svartpeppar. Ett vin för källaren och mustiga grytor så småningom.
