Gravatar 12.03.2021 Djupt och tätt med läcker mullrande frukt, schyst tanningrepp och mängder med örter – namnet Garrigue är alltid på pricken! Viol, saftiga plommon, vildhallon – här finns egentligen bara goda grejer och ännu godare blir det om några år. Ta din tid. Recept: 70% grenache och 30% syrah.

Gravatar 17.03.2021 Ett Rhônevin på grenache och syrah som inte har legat på fat. En superkombo till råddjuret, tycker jag och det lyfte även hjorten, gjorde både kött- och svampsmaken tydligare. De andra provarna var mer likgiltiga.
