Gravatar 04.10.2024 Kombinationen Napa Valley och cabernet sauvignon innebär i regel många dollar. Shannon Ridge är ett välkommet undantag. Med 11 procent petite sirah och 1 procent syrah får vi ett kryddigt vin, packat med peppar, björnbär, plommon och kryddnejlika. Kladdiga revbenspjäll och Shannon kommer pigga upp i höst.
