Hedges i nordliga Washingston State imponerar nästan alltid med sina viner, detta är inget undantag. Tvärt om, ett av de godare som uppvaktat mina smaklökar. Här bjuds en lång harmonisk smak av mörk, lite chokladanstruken, bärighet med tydligt kaffelika rostade stråk från faten. Extra kul att svenske vinmakaren Lars Torstenson är involverad i det delikata vinets tillblivelse. Utmärkt val till en entrecote eller andra finare mörka kötträtter.
