Gravatar 04.10.2018 93/100 Det lär inte dröja länge förrän Jasmin Hirsch pinot noir-viner börjar bli svåra att få tag på. Dels har de bästa vinerna struktur för lång lagring och dels är de så förbaskat goda att dricka redan som unga. Här är ett typiskt exempel där den färska jordgubbsfrukten och fatkryddan öppnar upp för omedelbar konsumtion samtidigt som man anar något större där bakom. Orka vänta!

Gravatar 05.10.2018 94/100 Älskar stilen, ännu ungt och stramt med kännbar strävhet och återhållen doft. Om än är pinot-parfymen på plats, likaså de röda bären och rostade faten. Stor koncentration med imponerande elegans.
