Gravatar 26.08.2015 Inky, dark brilliant red. Offers plum, rose petal and cinnamon aromas. very concentrated, superbly balanced, powerful. Blended carefully using cabernet sauvignon, merlot cabernet franc and mourvedre. Long aftertaste. Pair with strongly flavoured foods (roast fillet of beef with sauce bordelaise, medium-rare grilled steaks beurre maitre d`hotel, hare stew, bison stew, old cheddar, parmegiano reggiano. cellar for at least eight to 20 years. 93/100 $ 190.95
