A blend of 82 per cent cabernet sauvignon, 11 petit verdot, merlot, malbec and cabernet franc. Deep ruby purple colour, aromas of mint, currants and tobacco leaf, with an unusual intensity. A rich intense, complex, balanced, full bodied wine. cellar for 8 - 12 years for more refinement. if you decide to drink it now, pair it with roast larded whole filet of beef, sauce bearnaise, or sauce bordolaise, game specialties, aged cheeses (parmeggiano regiano, gruyere, asiago) 93/100
