Gravatar 28.10.2022 Zinfandel på riktigt, från en vingård där man skördar druvorna i flera omgångar. Detta för att druvan har en tendens att mogna lite när den känner för. Innehållet är däremot perfekt moget och yppigt med både ryggrad och djup. En stor vinnjutning med hallon, salvia, rosépeppar, lagerblad och torkad mynta. Jag ser redan fram emot middagen – högrevsburgre med cheddarost och smörstekt lök.
