	17.05.2021	Stort kraftpaket, som sig bör med adressen Ribera del Duero och druvan tempranillo. Lägg till kryddiga fat, nötter, mullrande skogsbär och tuffa tanniner. Jag fastnar redan för detta genuina och tidlösa vinbygge, men tänker att lite lagring inte kan skada. Matmässigt krävs kött – sikta in dig på lammlägg eller grytor med mycket vin i. www.dinvinguide.se
