Gravatar 19.06.2017 Intensivt, tätt och djupt med stort fokus på mörkt mullig frukt, rejäla tanniner och bra syra. Egentligen mer internationellt än spanskt, med sin blend på syrah, cabernet sauvignon och petit verdot. Mycket av allt alltså; fat, frukt och struktur. Men visst tusan är det gott! Drick till en rejält marmorerad köttbit, servera med romescosås – en sås från Katalonien på paprika och mandlar bland annat – och rostad potatis. Klockrent.
