Bobal och ett litet stänk moravia agria. Visst känner vi väl det? Om inte, så njuter vi ändå av inbjudande plommonfrukt, dragen med pepparkvarnen, ett gäng lagerblad, svarta fikon och mörka hallon. Lika stiligt som spännande med smaker av Spanien 2021. Och även 2022 +, för här är det inte bråttom.
