	16.08.2021	Parotet är likt en örtlund där allt växer vilt. Rosmarin, timjan, oregano och vild peppar. Druvorna heter tydligen arcos och mandó och smaken är skir, stram och väldigt hipp. Tanninbett, lätt sälta, lingon och rönnbär – detta kommer du gilla om saftiga viner är grejen. Lattjo vin från Valencia som enbart tittat på amfora. www.dinvinguide.se
