Det här ekologiska vinet exponeras en mycket tät, rik mörk bärighet med choklad och fatinslag i en tanninrik och lagringsinbjudande seriöst anslagen stil. (Namnet kommer av French Allier 2 år gamla i 06 månader - alltså att det lagras på franska fat från Allier som är 2 år gamla i 6 månader). Till mörkt kött, gärna vilt.
