	12.04.2022	Spændende vin på den sjældne listan negro drue, som oftest ses på de kanariske øer og vi er da også på Tenerife. Næsen dufter ret rustikt(reduktivt?) af stald og mørkristet kaffe og er næsten blottet for frugt. Munden er til gengæld beaujolais-saftig med markante tanniner og medium syre til sidst. Giv luft og drik sval til grillet gris. gastromand.dk/
