Gravatar 25.04.2022 Komplext och skönt småruffigt i en lite gammaldags men samtidigt charmig stil från Priorat. Frukten lagras på allt från små till stora ekfat, cement och lerkrus. Fint sammansatt med vilda örter, skogsbär, viol, plommon och tanninbett på sin rätta plats. Innehåll: Garnacha tinta och peluda, syrah, cariñena, merlot, cabernet sauvignon och monastrell. Kräver tålamod eller en fin biff med kappa på grillen.
