Gravatar   Newton Johnson har gjort ett perfekt sydafrikanskt vin på parhästarna syrah och mourvèdre. Mycket välbalanserat trots den nästan köttiga fruktigheten och höga alkoholhalten. Passar bra till grillat på sommaren och till älg eller annat vilt i höst. Kan lagras.
