Gravatar   Ett lätt utmanade och relativt komplext grillvin är vad rökiga och fatiga Stellenbosch-pärlan Vergelegen Mill Race 2005 är. Druvblandningen har hämtat inspiration från Bordeaux och det har gett en kaskad av smaker från svarta vinbär, via grön paprika och örter till lakrits, som väl lindar in de 14,5 procenten. Till kraftigare grillrätter, gärna av vilt.
