Gravatar 02.07.2009 Bättre än så här blir inte shiraz/syrah för runt hundringen. Superfruktig utan att det blir vulgärt, med mycket finstämda fattoner och en lätt rökighet. Bland övriga aromer är plommon, choklad, örter och nötter värda att nämnas. För den som klarat finanskrisen bra finns även en lyxvariant på detta vin som bara heter Stellenzicht Shiraz. Till kraftigare grillade rätter eller mustiga grytor.
