	14.03.2026	Ægteparret Sandra Tavares da Silva og Jorge Serôdio Borges var begge erfarne winemakere, da de i 2001 etablerede Wine & Soul. I starten havde de hverken vingårde eller vinmarker, men købte druer ind. I dag ejer de bl.a. Quinta da Manoella og prestigemarken Pintas – begge beliggende i Pinhão-dalen – hvorfra de både producerer Vintage portvin og bordvin. Druerne er fodtrådt i lagar og lagret 23 måneder på franske egetræsfade. Fyldig og kompleks og med stort udviklingspotentiale. Det er ikke første gang, at parret står bag en vindervin ved Top 10 smagningen. spritnyt.com
