Gravatar 12.10.2017 Det är en tydlig toscanare med sin röda vibrerande frukt, som körsbär, kärnor och granatäpple. Här finns också en tydlig tanninstruktur, fokuserade syror och en lång, rätt stram eftersmak. Spara några år eller servera till något vilt. Gärna med en smarrig potatisgratäng som tillbehör. En gryta på älg. Eller renskavsgryta med grädde.
