	07.03.2021	5/5 En dejlig vin og en klassisk Ripasso, hvor de upressede skaller fra Valpolicellas Amarone-vine er tilsat rødvinen og giver den kraft og sødme. Der er svampe og brombær i duften og søde, modne sommerbær i smagen. En fin syre til slut gør vinen velegnet til lidt fede retter - som fx pateer og cremede pastaretter. www.vinavisen.dk
