Gravatar 09.04.2026 En balanserad ripasso med en behaglig och försynt sötma, som bäddas in av mognadstoner och skön frukt. Torkade körsbär, mörka plommon och höstlöv i smakerna som lindas in av mjuk balsamisk avslutning. Denna ripasso görs enligt Ganimede-systemet, där vinet blandas med druvskal för att få ut färg och bygga upp struktur. Senare under vintern tillsätter man skalresterna från produktionen av Amarone – allt enligt Ripasso-tekniken. Det ger viner en extra skjuts i både alkohol, djup och frukt. Druvinnehåll: corvina 70%, rondinella 20% och resten corvinone. Servera till marinad karré, grillade grönsaker och bakad sötpotatis.
