De tre vanligaste heter corvina, rondinella och molinara. Det ekologiska vinet La Corte del Pozzo Valpolicella smakar mycket Italien och inte minst av sin region. Körsbär, körsbärskärnor, mosade lingon, tranbär, några örtkvistar och stor energi hittar vi här. Servera till piccata milanese, melanzane alla parmigiana, lasagne och bolognese.
