Gravatar 14.05.2025 Saftig och kryddig Valpolicella som jag gärna ser mer av. Venetien är ju inte enbart Amarone. Det är Valpolicella Classico också. Som detta praktexemplar utan sötma fast i sällskap av körsbärskärnor, plommonfrukt, salvia, rosmarin och en hungrig friskhet.

Gravatar 14.05.2025 886/100 Ursprunget Valpolicella förknippas ofta med viner som görs på torkade druvor, som till exempel ripasso och amarone. Den ursprungliga lokala stilen är dock varken sötsyltig eller eldig, snarare slank och kryddigt välstämd, precis som här!
