	12.10.2017	En Chianti att korka upp på direkten. Det finns liksom ingen anledning att ha tråkigt tålamod. Nozzole är för god och flörtig redan. Den är modern och samtidigt mustig och fylld med körsbär, plommon, vibrerande syror och mineraler. Klassiskt, läckert och väldigt mycket Chianti. Njut bara njut. 100 procent ren sangiovese och drickglädje. Klart vi kockar ihop något italiano till Nozzole. En bolognese kanske. Lasagne. En frasig pizza med fänkålssalami. Och givetvis en bistecca fiorentina med en ruccaolsallad där parmesanen tar över det gröna. En ossu buco skulle inte heller sitta fel. www.dinvinguide.se
