	05.07.2018	En klassisk årgång med harmonisk och djup frukt. Strukturen finns där, fast den mjukas upp av anis, svarta fikon, lagerblad, plommon, torkade örter, krossade stenar och lite rök. Ett stort vin med lika stor balans. Tänk stor köttbit med andra ord. På grillen: Entrecote med en rejäl kappa som får sällskap av en ljummen sallad på mogna fikon, hyvlad pecorino (från Umbrien så klart), ruccola och rikligt med olivolja och flingsalt. www.dinvinguide.se
