Gravatar 27.07.2017 I 1988 startede videnskabsmand og vinbonde, dr. Giuseppe Benanti en undersøgelse for at revaluere vinene og vindyrkningspotentialet rundt om vulkanen Etna. Den varede 3 år, og han genopdagene nogle af antikkens druer, som nu er bevaret for eftertiden, bl. a. Nerello Mascalese og Nerello Cappuccio. Velsmagende historieskrivning på flaske.
