Gravatar 07.01.2022 I munnen er den saftig og på samme tid svært fyldig. Det er de røde bærene som dominerer smaksbildet, fint sammensatt med lær, krydder og ikke minst litt skogbunn. Denne vinen har bra syre, og et lett sødmepreg. Utgangen er mild og god. Virkelig et godt kjøp.

Gravatar 07.01.2022 Druen nebbiolo er Piemontes stolthet. Jeg anbefaler å smake den i ulike prisklasser. Blek farge lurer folk til å forvente at den smaker lite. Nebbiolo er mye av alt. Dufter av blomster, te og lakris. Merk tørrheten! Finkornet eller grov? Drikk til kjøtt av lam eller storfe.
