	13.09.2018	Toscana er nok ikke mest kendt for vine på franske druer, men familien Cavalli har stor succes med deres vingård, som de købte i 90’erne. Denne vin er et blend af cab franc, cab sauvignon og petit verdot. Vinen byder på fantastisk, næsten bordeauxsk næse med solbær, kaffe og grønne noter. Munden har blid syre, ru tanniner og masser af saftighed. Charmerende vin med masser af personlighed. gastromand.dk/
