Snygg nyans av stjälkighet ger rätt vegetal ton, tillsammans med lavendel, lakrits, örter, gamla regalskeppstoner, salt stenmineralitet och en fräsch, torr sötma. Vidare bjuds vi i denna komplexa kompott på skön krydda, läder, cigarrblad, tobak och jordgubbshintad körsbärsfrukt med ett skönt munmotstånd. Det är stringent, rent och fräscht med spänst och avslutet ligger kvar länge med en härlig pepparkrydda. Drick gärna idag då den peakar nu och servera svalt. www.livetsgoda.se
