Gravatar 17.02.2026 Bakom egendomen Pieve Santa Restituta hittar vi Gaja, ett namn som kommer med stor förväntan och dito prislapp. Årgång 2020 hamnar lite i kläm mellan vassare och mer lagringsdugliga 2019 och 2021. Fast här finns istället mycket att ta emot på direkten. Örtknippet, de söta tanninerna, rosorna, pomeransen och den balsamiska avslutningen.
