Kommer fra det knøttlille området Fara nord i Piemonte (kun ti produsenter på 15 hektar areal). Laget på nebbiolo (70%) og vespolina (30%). Smak av røde og mørke bær, lette, tørre tanniner, hint av blomster, urter, tørket frukt, krydder og lakris.
