Gravatar 14.10.2020 Doften är djup och komplex och har mogen varm frukt och lite kryddighet med violer. Smaken är mångfacetterad och förvånansvärt elegant med ett fint djup. Vinet går mer på balans och elegans än kraft och struktur. Underbart drickmoget redan idag. Avslutet är angenämt moget. Det här är ett bra och balanserat vin som visade sig vara perfekt till min tryffelrisotto. Ett klassvin från Barolo. Jag provade vinet ånyo efter några dagar, exat fem dagar. Då hade vinet utvecklats vidare och gav en imponerande komplex doft- och smaksensation.
