I byn La Morra sköter Mario Gagliasso sitt vineri enligt hållbara principer och skapar ett vin med fin mognad och rik smak av nypon, vildhallon och lakrits som matchar nebbiolodruvans typiska strävhet. Snyggt till en klassisk rådjurssadel med svamp.
