Deras Barbaresco sjunger om vilda hallon, pomerans, röd apelsin, viol och slingrar sig ner i glaset innan den träffar de förväntansfulla smaklökarna. Glödande syra och hyfsat inställsamma tanniner blir ännu en vacker vers att sjunga med i till polpette al sugo och sommartryffeln.
