Här huserar b.la vlahiko och bekari, två lokala druvor. De utgör blenden i Red Velvet, tillsammans med 70 % agiorgitiko. Resultatet blir ett personligt vin, med en begynnande mognad och drag av ceder, söta skogsbär, peppar, örter och lite läder. För den som gillar liknelser, tänk Etna och en mer rustik typ av pinot noir. Opa!
