	12.02.2021	I vinet från Fontaine Du Clos ingår de tre vanligaste druvorna som odlas i södra Rhônedalen - grenache, syrah och mourvèdre. Alla bidrar med sitt. Grenache för syran och den röda friska frukten, syrah för örter och mörka bär och mourvèdre står för djup och struktur. Som skräddarsytt för denna årstid. Tur att det kom hela 10500 flaskor till kalla Sverige i tisdags. Vintern ser ju ut att hålla i sig. Matcha med klassiska grytor, gärna viltkött med rödvinsås och kanske en hamburgare på viltfärs. Eller ett mustigt vegetariskt långkok där linser, vin, smakrika örter och rotfrukter mättar även den mest envise karnivoren. nwt.se/
