Ægteparret Anne Gros og Jean-Paul Tollot (Se.billedet) hører til i toppen af Bourgognes mange eminente vinmagere. Derudover har de opbygget en vingård i Minervois i det sydlige Frankrig. De deles om alt – 50-50 – erfaringer, viden, opgaver, udfordringer og successer, og det giver resultater i form af vin i særklasse. Her er mosten fra Grenache, Syrah og Carignan druer stukket sammen og både gæret og lagret på ståltanke for at bevare den friske frugt i vinen. Mageløst!
