Gravatar 11.07.2016 88/100 Uppnosig cabernet franc från de mest steniga jordarna i Chinon. Härligt örtig och pepprig med massor av doftassociationer i stil med rosépeppar, lakrits, grus och vinbär. Läskande syra och stramt avslut väcker aptiten. Kyl ner vinet trekvart i kylen medan du förbereder en bättre charkbricka.

Gravatar 26.08.2016 Firman Charles Jouguet grundades 1957 och producerar i dag sju olika viner av cabernet franc från 40 hektar odlingar. Vinet är örtigt och blåbärsbärigt med stramhet och grön paprikaton. Servera till franska charkuterier eller örtkryddat lammkött.
