Gravatar 18.09.2021 Lätt old school med högoktanig alkohol och bredaxlade smaker. Men det finns fortfarande plats för den stilen, särskilt denna årstiden och inte minst till maten. För här krävs mat – oxkind, boeuf bourgogne och rediga långkok. Skölj ner med vinets rika och koncentrerade frukt i form av mosade skogsbär, creme cassis och söta kryddor.
