Gravatar 17.04.2023 Kryddigt, mustigt och som gjort för sommarens grill eller vinterns långkok. Men nu tänker vi snarare grill, och låter maten slipa ner tanninerna. Det är skogsbär och viol. Peppar och plommon, och det är framför allt gott och rejält. Klart prisvärt!

Hur gamla finns det dock inget regelverk för, utan vinmakaren väljer själv när denne tycker att uttrycket passar. Här bjuds vi på mustig, sydfransk värme och bjussig sötfrukt matchad av fin stramhet. Ekologiskt vin som passar premiärgrillningen.
