	19.04.2023	Till grillen passar också röda viner från Bordeaux. Detta kommer från toppåret 2020 och är biodynamiskt. Vinet är ungt med härlig energi, mycket fräschör, mörkfruktiga toner och fin ekfatskryddighet. I smaken finns mörka lite syrliga körsbär, svarta vinbär och örter. Vinet har avrundade tanniner, fatkryddor och ett långt avslut. Här finns en hint av reduktiva toner som ger vinet en rustik charm men här finns också komplexitet och potential för lagring. www.dinvinguide.se
