Carignan tar hjälp av 16 procent garnacha och skapar lockande dofter och smaker av röda plommon, viol och blåbärsris. Lägg till ett stort gäng mineraler och rejäl tanninstruktur. Lagra om du vill, annars kommer vintergrytan på chorizo, rött vin, rökt paprikakrydda och potatis göra susen. www.dinvinguide.se
