Oppleves saftig, elegant og ren i munnen. Flott syrlighet gjennom hele smakskurven. Fast avslutning. Anbefalt serveringstemperatur 16 til 18 grader. Smaker utsøkt nå, men kan fint lagres i ti år til. Anvendelig rødvin. Prøv den til entrecôte, oksegryte med hvite bønner eller kalvesteik.
