	01.05.2016	I NORRA SPANIEN, mellan Rioja och Penedés, ligger doldisregionen Somontano. Här tillverkar Bodega Pirineos sina viner med stor karaktär. PIRINEOS SELECCIÓN CABERNET SAUVIGNON görs av sent skördade och lätt torkade druvor, vilket är väldigt unikt för området. Detta ger vinerna en hög fruktkoncentration och massiv kraft, längd och balans. Vinet lagras sedan i cirka 12 månader på ekfat. Vinstilen är mycket ovanlig i Spanien och visar upp en helt ny smakdimension som vi inte är vana att hitta i viner härifrån. PIRINEOS PASSAR BRA TILL VILT, smakrika kötträtter och lagrade hårdostar.
